How far is the hotel from Kilimanjaro International Airport?+
About 45 minutes by road. We are a minute’s drive from the main Arusha–Moshi highway and about 7 km from Moshi town.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes, on request: $65 one way or $130 return from Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Can I leave luggage while I climb?+
Yes. Luggage storage is free while you are on the mountain, and we offer safe custody for valuables.
What are your check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may be charged. Please bring a valid ID or passport.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and mobile money.
How do I confirm a booking?+
A 25% deposit confirms your booking, and the balance is due before check-in. Rates are per room per night and include taxes.
What is your child policy?+
Children under 5 stay free. Children aged 5 to 11 can share the bed in a Double Room for an extra 25% of the room rate. A child under 12 in their own room is charged 75% of the room rate.
Is the hotel a good base for climbing Kilimanjaro?+
Yes. We are centrally located for all Kilimanjaro routes and well placed for pre- and post-climb nights, as well as safaris to the Serengeti, Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro.
Can a double room be set up with twin beds?+
Yes — all 24 of our standard rooms can be converted into twin beds.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?+
We serve both buffet and à la carte menus and cater for all diet requests. All our meats are halal.
